Pinehurst Home Run

We just sold one of our projects in the Pinehurst neighborhood of Seattle yesterday. It was property brought to us by a friend last year which we ended up purchasing for $463,000 in July of 2017. We just closed on the property at $900,000 yesterday. This property was also featured in the King 5 News along with a short interview from Steve. You can watch it here:  King 5 News

Our approximate return to our investor was approximately 111.54% annualized. Is this a normal return rate with us? No. This is much higher than the expected return on investment with us, however, there is no upside ceiling investing with us. Our investors for this project reside out of the country and this was a complete passive investment for them. From acquisition, management, and until exit of the project, we do our utmost to create a truly passive investment experience for our investors. In order to provide returns and quality service to our current investors, we will only be accepting few more investors as less opportunities are available in the Fix n Flip arena.
